Cook/Prep

Job Overview Looking for an experienced line cook to prep and cook as tickets come in. Hours include every Thursday evening- Saturday evening, and every other Saturday all day . More hours throughout the week, if/as needed. Duties Prepare and chop ingredients Assist in the assembly of dishes according to menu specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to, including proper handling and storage of food products. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices is essential for maintaining a safe kitchen environment. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
