Overview
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Coordinator Advertising role is responsible for selling classified and display advertising across print and digital platforms. This role identifies and cultivates prospective clients, assesses advertising needs, and recommends appropriate solutions to support client objectives. The Coordinator tracks sales activity, maintains strong client relationships, and collaborates with department leadership to achieve advertising revenue goals. The position also supports the coordination, review and delivery of advertising content to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to established standards. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years related experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
