At Will 1 new closed office per month 5 offices in LOI weekly 25 in contact weekly This is an exciting role to join a fast-growing dental startup in Los Angeles. It combines financial modeling, sourcing, and AI to build out our acquisition engine. It is a dynamic role for someone comfortable with building systems and looking to have real impact You'll source and execute 20+ dental practice acquisitions over 24 months, while building the AI-powered BD operating system that lets us source, model, and execute deals 5x faster than competitors. Work directly with the CEO (ex-Citadel, Silver Lake, Stanford). Sourcing Drive relationships with dentists, brokers, CPAs, lawyers Go directly to offices and reach out to build relationships with staff and dentists Maintain target market coverage Financial Modeling Maintain and build models and automate these processes over time Maintain benchmarking analysis across deals Own deal flow and sourcing at weekly meetings Office Launches Lead launch of new offices that are closed Coordinate vendors and installing CloveOS at the new locations Zone de novo launch markets and opportunities AI Train and update the Clove BD OS to help us track markets, write back to Zoho, and automate the LOI process Update market analysis and connect data to automate the entire deal process from sourcing to execution Sourcing, Data Collection, LOI, APA, Final Diligence Try new tools and build internally

Requirements:

Preferred prior financial modeling experience Nice to have prior dental experience or demonstrated interest Role is based in Los Angeles and full time No visa sponsorship

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
