What We're Looking For:

A seasoned corporate attorney with a proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and developing lasting client relationships . You'll have the autonomy to lead engagements while being supported by a strong internal team and infrastructure. ✅

Must-Have Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Bar License 8+ years of corporate legal experience , including: Mergers & Acquisitions Growth capital investments Corporate finance and governance Commercial contracts Private placements Distressed company transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong business development acumen Ability to maintain existing client relationships and expand new opportunities Portable business and/or a demonstrated ability to generate new business in a supportive environment Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
