Correction Officer

Requirements Proven experience or background in law enforcement, military service, security, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of CCTV operation, report writing, conflict management, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and first aid procedures. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while enforcing rules firmly and fairly. Strong communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately. Physical fitness to perform patrols, respond quickly to emergencies, and conduct searches effectively. Certification or training in security procedures or law enforcement practices is preferred but not mandatory.
