• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope of work and required materials
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, engineering, operations, and project management.

Communicate effectively with vendors and departments to close gaps of information and determine project timelines. Consult and make recommendations to source alternate materials or process to maximize profitability and reduce project costs. Ensure all project actors are educated on all elements of a project are captured and costs are included and final. Produce accurate project documents and RFQs prior to sending job estimates to the sales team. ```Skills```

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
• Familiarity with construction management and project management processes
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents
• Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
