Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Forest Park, GA. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchasesOperate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized sales counter areaDemonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisionsHandle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precisionResolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic mannerRestock merchandise and assist with inventory managementCollaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environmentAdhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operationsAssist in warehouse operations for shipping and receiving when neededMaintain regular attendance and punctuality

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of retail or customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
