We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. What You'll Do Deliver engaging Career Preparation Program (CPP) instruction Develop individualized achievement and career plans for students Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to drive early success and retention Evaluate student progress and readiness to transition to next program phases Conduct classroom instruction and track performance Coordinate onboarding activities (orientation, tours, pre-arrival support) Maintain accurate case notes and student records Provide remedial support to help students meet CPP requirements Create a structured, safe, and positive learning environment Partner with staff across departments to support student success What You Get Consistent full-time schedule (with weekends off!) 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Access to gym and wellness programs ✅ What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid in-state driver's license required Experience in teaching, training, or group facilitation preferred Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills Ability to manage student progress and documentation "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
