At Delaware Valley Job Corps, you'll support young adults (ages 16-24) as they work toward independence and career training. Your role is a mix of hands-on care, coordination, and oversight. You'll be keeping students healthy, supported, and able to stay on track. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We are a Center which uses student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve. What You'll Do This role involves working with a diverse student population in a structured, fast-paced environment. It requires strong judgment, consistency, and the ability to balance care with accountability. Provide preventative and emergency health services to students Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other patient privacy regulations Manage chronic condition case programs and coordinate referrals Oversee wellness services, including mental health, dental, and medical staff Maintain medical records, medication administration, and inventory of supplies Act as liaison with hospitals, health agencies, and insurance providers Support and mentor staff, ensuring quality care and accountability Participate in wellness programs such as HEALs (Healthy Eating, Active Lifestyles) What You Get Monday - Friday schedule, weekends OFF 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program (including legal & financial resources) Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Access to gym and wellness programs ✅ What You Need Associate of Arts degree in Nursing or higher required Active, unrestricted nursing license in NY 3+ years healthcare experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain student confidentiality Regional approval required "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
