What You'll Do Lead and coordinate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts Maintain a safe, structured, and positive dormitory environment Supervise student behavior and support conflict resolution Assist with training and evaluating residential living staff Complete student reports, passes, evaluations, and documentation Coordinate dorm activities, competitions, and leadership programs Communicate with student families when needed Conduct dorm inspections and oversee cleanliness and safety Mentor students and model Career Success Standards Support and enforce Job Corps' Zero Tolerance Policy What You Get Consistent full-time schedule 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Access to gym and wellness programs ✅ What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of Job Corps or related youth program experience Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to supervise staff and mentor students effectively Valid in-state driver's license preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
