About the Role We're looking for a Craftsman / Field Carpenter who has strong hands-on experience in residential remodeling and knows how to deliver quality work. You'll work alongside our Project Managers and carpenters on custom renovation and addition projects — helping ensure every jobsite meets our standards for quality, safety, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone confident in their trade, dependable, and motivated to grow within a supportive, high-performing team. What You'll Do

• Execute high-quality carpentry and remodeling work on residential projects — including framing, trim, cabinetry, door and window installation, and custom details.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to plan daily work, maintain production flow, and ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain craftsmanship standards that align with LDB's reputation for precision and clean finish work.
• Problem-solve on site and offer practical, efficient solutions when challenges arise.
• Ensure jobsites stay clean, organized, and safe, representing the company professionally at all times.
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For
• Proven skill and experience in residential remodeling or carpentry.
• Strong craftsmanship and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
