Crane Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Crane Operator to join our marine construction team. In this vital role, you will operate various types of cranes and heavy equipment to facilitate the safe and efficient pile driving and movement of materials on construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that projects progress smoothly, adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Operate cranes and other heavy machinery with precision and safety awareness. Rigging materials securely for lifting operations, ensuring stability and adherence to safety protocols. Pile Driving Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards before use. Collaborate with team members to coordinate lifts and execute tasks effectively. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others. Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, inspections, and operational activities for accountability and compliance. Experience 1 year pile driving experience Barge work experience preferred TWIC required LBC Certification Proven experience operating cranes or similar heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting. Positive attitude and safety minded Hands-on experience with rigging, materials handling, and safe lifting techniques. Valid driver's license Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in environments involving heavy equipment.

From $42.00 per hour
