Some of the many perks offered to our employees are: Company-sponsored social events and team-building activities Modern and well-equipped work environment Collaborative and inclusive work culture Opportunities for advancement and career growth Supportive and accessible leadership team Options for Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Options for STD, LTD, and various other coverages Company-paid life insurance Generous Paid time off 401k and 401k company matching As a Crating Specialist with our growing Manufacturing Team, some of the job duties performed will include: Build custom crates around signs to prepare for shipment Perform a variety of complex carpentry, packing, and material moving duties, including calculating, measuring, weighing, and labeling parts and materials Prepare shipments, boxing, crating, packaging, and loading, and then verifying shipments against orders Transfer product received on loading dock to applicable department Operate a forklift to move crates and ensure contents arrive to destination without damage Use tools and equipment such as saws, air nail guns, stencil machine, scales, calculator, cutting knives, and adjustable measuring instruments Qualifications, requirements, and education required for the Crating Specialist position include: Carpenter experience preferred Must have table saw experience 2 available shifts: 6am-2:30pm M-F or 1:30pm-10pm M-Th, 11am-7:30pm F Computer knowledge preferred for emails and printing package lists Works well in a team environment Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 to 100 pounds.
