Crew Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Labor Foreman to support daily operations and oversee a team of temporary workers on-site. This role acts as an extra set of eyes and hands, ensuring smooth workflow, worker accountability, and job site organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Make regular rounds to distribute water and ice to crew members Cover worker breaks as needed to maintain productivity Assist with basic paperwork and daily reporting Manage sign-in/sign-out of all temporary workers Track and monitor all spotters on-site Provide general support and coordination for approximately 8 temporary workers Work closely alongside site leadership (Tucker) to ensure safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay attentive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Prior construction or labor supervision experience preferred

Work Environment:

Active construction/site environment Requires walking the site and being outdoors for extended periods

Pay:
