Duties Lead and supervise a crew in executing landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticultural tasks with precision and enthusiasm Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion Oversee landscape construction activities including planting, irrigation installation, tree care, and hardscape work Maintain safety standards by conducting regular site inspections and promoting safe work practices among team members Provide mentorship and training to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment use, and maintenance procedures Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations exceeded Manage equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance, and ensure tools are used responsibly and efficiently Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care and garden management Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening techniques, and general landscape construction methods Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients confidently Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes.
