Duties Lead and supervise a crew of lawn maintenance professionals in performing lawn care Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion Oversee the operation of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and construction tools Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards, promoting a safe work environment for all team members Conduct quality inspections of completed work to maintain high standards of landscaping and horticulture services Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, plant care, pruning, and maintenance procedures Assist with client communication and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional service Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
