Your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction will drive successful project completion while providing exceptional service to clients. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the lawn maintenance crew, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results Lead landscaping projects including planting, trimming, mowing, edging, and fertilizing to enhance outdoor aesthetics Oversee irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal water management Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and maintenance standards are upheld Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscape techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools for lawn care, gardening, and construction tasks Collaborate with clients and project managers to plan landscaping layouts and execute projects according to specifications Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on lawn care and garden management Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, tree care, gardening, and general horticulture principles Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward shared goals Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment use Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about outdoor spaces and eager to lead a motivated team in delivering outstanding landscape solutions!
