Description & Details Positions Summary:

Elementary Grade Teachers-The responsibility of this position is to provide a strong foundation of learning in all subject areas while encouraging a passion for learning. Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure student academic success and promote an exemplary program which fosters achievement for all students. This position will need be held by a person with a strong commitment to team work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create a positive learning environment and effective management structures to purposefully promote and foster effective teaching, learning. and student achievement. Develop lessons that are engaging, differentiated, and aligned with state standards. Collaborate with specialists to provide inclusion for students with exceptional needs, as well as English Learners. Ensure all classroom processes, procedures and data collection are highly organized and effective with optimal use of instructional time. Motivate, engage and empower learners to seek and achieve high goals. Provide quality, accurate, constructive, corrective, specific and timely feedback to students that encourages them to perform at their highest level. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders about student progress in an appropriate manner. Use Technology to align with 21st Century Learning styles.
