Crew Leader, Mowing

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Mowing, to lead and oversee lawn maintenance teams in delivering exceptional landscaping services. In this role, you will coordinate daily mowing operations, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality results that enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of landscape care. Duties Lead and supervise mowing crew Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members on proper mowing techniques and equipment use Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met Skills Supervising experience leading teams Ability to drive truck and trailer Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks Basic maintenance skills for landscaping tools and machinery such as mowers Valid drivers license

Pay:
