Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Crew Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through hands-on work with landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance projects. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create beautiful, functional environments for our clients. Responsibilities Assist with landscaping projects including planting, pruning, tree care, and hardscape installation Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators and lawn mowers safely and efficiently Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering practices Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, trimming trees and shrubs, snow plowing during winter seasons, and general site cleanup Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure safety and functionality Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment such as excavators is a plus Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Ability to operate landscaping machinery including mowers, trimmers, and snow plows safely Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and tree care Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us to build a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
