You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, order taking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take orders accurately using the Aloha POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours while adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly as part of the point-of-sale (POS) process. Experience Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety protocols is essential. Experience with POS and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
