Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy, attractive lawns. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and tree care to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like mowers safely and efficiently for various projects.. Participate in seasonal snow plowing operations to keep pathways clear and safe during winter months. Assist with gardening tasks including soil preparation, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-up efforts. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is advantageous but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery is a plus. Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques will help support diverse project needs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for collaborating with colleagues on multiple projects. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and equipment operation. Pay:
