Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for assisting in various areas, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking orders efficiently. Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately. Assist in food preparation and ensure all items meet food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle inventory management tasks as needed, including stocking supplies and organizing storage areas. Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and answer any questions they may have. Support other crew members in various tasks as required to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or retail is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Basic knowledge of retail math is beneficial for handling transactions accurately. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures within the café setting is essential.
