Schedule/Hours:

Predominantly 12-hour night shifts in the ICU Occasional day shifts available in the

PCU Qualifications:

Active RN license for South Dakota or a current multi-state/compact license Previous experience in ICU settings highly preferred Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities Strong ability to collaborate with physicians, patients, and families Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive patient care to individuals with critical and complex health conditions in the ICU Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support advanced life-saving interventions Assess patient needs, implement care plans, and promptly recognize changes in condition Communicate effectively with medical teams and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration Educate patients and families regarding treatments and respond to their concerns with empathy
