Ability to operate sit down forklift and /or EPJs.
Utilize RF Scanner, loading and unloading using forklift, QC, wrapping, staging and labeling. General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment. Loads and unloads RJW truck / trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures, including outside carriers equipment. Flexible to work 10 to 12 hours shifts when necessary and not afraid of heights. Picking and moving stock from 1 lb. to 50 lbs. multiple times. Ensures all shipments are correctly staged and loaded properly. Maintains warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping. Processing outbound cross-dock freight as necessary. Oversees storing stock properly in the warehouse and moving product into the dock staging lanes or racks. Works from warehouse operations sheets using a forklift to pick customer orders and load on trailers. Records and verifies the accuracy of the shipments against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments / deliveries. Ensures all documentation and paperwork is properly completed. Operates forklifts safely and efficiently following all OSHA regulations, RJW safety policies, and procedures. This includes wearing of seatbelts at all times when operating the forklift. Completes daily forklift maintenance inspections. Handles all customer products properly and orderly. Checks deliveries for poor packing, general condition of materials, and free of damage. Alerts Warehouse Supervisor of any problems, taking pictures if necessary. Reports all accidents / incidents, to employee, damage of stock, or building damage to the Shift Supervisor immediately. Spotting of trailers to maintain efficient yard organization and flow of equipment for the day. Maintains access to dock doors both inside and outside the facility keeping them free of debris or snow.

Full Job Description Job Purpose:
To operate forklifts safely and efficiently; handles all freight inbound or outbound properly and orderly; maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; loading / unloading of RJW truck / trailers and outside carriers safely and using proper procedures; ensures all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; responsible for properly storing stock in the warehouse; performs duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities. Experience Required:
High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED). Warehousing certifications a plus.3-6 months of forklift driving experience in a warehouse using sit down forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks. Experience in building pallets with stock and breaking down stock to fill independent orders. Experience in cross docking freight process.Language Skills Sets:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Reasoning Ability:
