Job Description:

Read, understand and follow Crumbl recipes with exactness Measure and combine ingredients using mixers ( age 18+ ), ovens, and other equipment to make cookies, frostings, fillings and toppings Decorate and display finished products Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Take customer information Ensure that orders are accurate and timely Clean and restock workstations, and ensure all equipment is sanitized according to food safety standards Baker -

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Available to work at least three (3) shifts per week Available to work at least two Saturday shifts per month. One Saturday shift must be a closing shift. Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, midday, weekend, and holiday availability Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift Stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items (max 50lbs) for extended periods
