Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Advance your career in medical imaging as a vital member of a dedicated healthcare team. This position focuses on providing exceptional CT imaging services, supporting patient diagnosis and treatment. The assignment is for 13 weeks, offering a valuable opportunity to enhance your CT Tech expertise in a dynamic clinical setting.
Schedule:
5 shifts per week Evenings, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required ARRT(CT) registration required Experience operating Cannon and GE scanners preferred Excellent technical skills and attention to detail Ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Strong communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and department protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and comfort Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinicians for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records and comply with privacy/ethical guidelines Troubleshoot basic scanner issues and perform daily equipment checks Educate patients about procedures and address concerns in a supportive manner
