Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a key healthcare role as you provide vital imaging services to patients. This contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced CT Tech who wants to make an impact through high-quality diagnostic imaging and compassionate patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT or equivalent) Licensed or eligible for licensure in applicable state Proven experience with CT procedures and imaging equipment Strong attention to detail with excellent technical skills Exceptional communication abilities and a caring approach to patient interactions Knowledge of safety protocols related to radiation and patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the exam Accurately document and review patient records, imaging results, and maintain required reports Follow infection control guidelines and adhere to hospital or facility policies and protocols Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance as needed Provide patient education before, during, and after imaging procedures This opportunity provides a dynamic setting where your expertise will directly contribute to positive patient experiences and improved health outcomes.
