Qualifications and Experience:

ARRT (CT) certification or registry eligibility required Minimum of 1 year experience in CT imaging preferred Strong knowledge of CT protocols and safety standards Proficiency with modern imaging equipment and electronic medical records Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple cases with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and professionalism with patients and peers CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-resolution diagnostic images as ordered by healthcare providers Ensure a safe, comfortable experience for each patient, clearly explaining procedures and addressing concerns Follow all safety protocols for the use of ionizing radiation and contrast materials Review and verify physician orders, preparing and positioning patients appropriately for imaging Accurately document procedures and maintain records in compliance with facility guidelines Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers for optimal patient care Maintain and calibrate equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
