Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Labor/Operator to join our team. This role involves assisting with septic system services, including septic pumping, installation, and inspections. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a variety of outdoor environments. New truck, uniforms provided, as well as all training as no prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Duties Operate equipment and tools necessary for septic pumping, installation, and inspection processes. Assist with the setup and breakdown of work sites, ensuring safety and cleanliness. Perform septic system inspections to identify issues or verify proper installation. Support the team in septic system installations by preparing materials and assisting with technical tasks. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during daily operations. Maintain accurate documentation related to inspections and work performed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with septic pumping, installation, or inspection is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments throughout all seasons. Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and occasionally 100 lbs. Must be able to keep up with a fast paced work environment. Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills related to septic system services. CDL is a plus but not required for all roles.
