Cultivation and Laboratory Assistant (Recreational 21+)

Auraz Recreational — Now Hiring Cultivation / Laboratory Assistant (Full-Time) Auraz Recreational is hiring a full-time Cultivation / Laboratory Assistant to support our grow, processing, and packaging operations. This is a hands-on role that involves physical work, repetition, and attention to detail. A lot of the day-to-day is plant care, trimming, cleaning, packaging, and keeping things organized. It's straightforward work, but it needs to be done right for the operation to run well. We're looking for someone dependable who can stay focused, follow processes, and take pride in doing things properly. What You'll Do Assist with plant care (watering, moving plants, general upkeep) Help with trimming, processing, and post-harvest work Weigh, package, and label products accurately Keep cultivation and lab areas clean and organized Follow established procedures and compliance requirements Support general day-to-day operational tasks What This Job Requires Being on your feet most of the shift Handling repetitive tasks with consistency Paying close attention to detail (especially with weights and labeling) Working both independently and as part of a team Requirements 21+ (required) Able to obtain an IIC and pass a background check Reliable and consistent attendance Comfortable with physical work

Preferred:
