Custodian

Custodian All assigned areas are to be cleaned daily. Areas should be swept or vacuumed daily. Desk tops should be washed daily. Garbage cans are to be emptied daily. Window sills are to be cleaned as per scheduled. All restrooms in the designated area will be cleaned and disinfected daily, making sure that soap dispensers and paper towel dispenser are filled and able to be used.

Other duties optional by building:

cleaning of carpets, cleaning of furniture, painting, changing lights, minor repairs, mowing, snow removal, and securing and unlocking doors. Must be able to work weekends when the need arises. Report repair needs to the maintenance supervisor. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
