As a Custom Cabinet Drafter , you'll play a key role in transforming beautiful concepts into production-ready cabinetry that ends up in stunning homes and spaces. This isn't just drafting—it's problem-solving, collaborating, and ensuring every detail is right before it hits the shop floor. What You'll Do Transform customer and dealer designs, sketches, and blueprints into accurate, production-ready CAD drawings Review designs for feasibility, accuracy, and manufacturability —and solve problems before they become issues Collaborate with customers, designers, and internal teams to ensure design intent meets real-world production Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and virtual meetings Manage multiple projects at once while keeping timelines, quality, and details on track Send drawings for approval and follow through to final sign-off Keep detailed documentation of revisions, preferences, and communications Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-detail environment What You Bring 2+ years of CAD/drafting experience Experience with Microvellum (strongly preferred) Knowledge of cabinet construction or woodworking is a big plus Sharp attention to detail—you catch what others miss Strong organization and time management skills Ability to juggle priorities without sacrificing accuracy A problem-solving mindset —you don't just spot issues, you fix them Clear communication skills and a customer-first approach Why You'll Love This Role See your work come to life in real, high-end cabinetry projects Be the critical link between design vision and finished product Work in a role that blends technical skill with creativity Join a team that values precision, collaboration, and craftsmanship If you enjoy working with both details and people , and take pride in getting things exactly right, this is the role for you..
