Project Manager
  • Custom Cabinetry (High-End Residential & Commercial) Bring precision, craftsmanship, and leadership together in one career-defining role. We're looking for a skilled Project Manager
  • Custom Cabinetry who thrives at the intersection of design, engineering, and execution.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll guide complex, high-end cabinetry projects from concept through installation—ensuring every detail meets the standard of excellence our clients expect. If you enjoy solving problems before they become issues, building strong client relationships , and bringing custom designs to life with precision and pride, this role offers the kind of ownership and variety that keeps work meaningful. What You'll Do You'll own the full lifecycle of custom cabinetry projects, acting as the central hub between clients, designers, engineering, production, and installation teams. Lead projects from initial quote through design, engineering, production, delivery, installation, and warranty resolution Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, dealers, and internal teams—ensuring clear communication and smooth execution Develop and validate detailed project quotes using drawings, specifications, and pricing systems Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for specialty or custom components Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking changes, specifications, and progress throughout each phase Apply value engineering to balance cost, quality, and design intent without compromise Support pre-engineering and problem-solving for custom or complex cabinetry elements Oversee warranty issues with a focus on responsiveness and long-term customer satisfaction Identify and support process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed What You Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical understanding with strong project leadership and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Interior Design, or related field preferred Experience in project management within manufacturing, construction, millwork, or custom cabinetry Strong background in estimating, quoting, or cost analysis Understanding of production processes and workflow coordination Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Proficiency with business and project management software tools Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cabinetry design and manufacturing processes is a strong advantage Why This Role Stands Out This isn't just a coordination role—it's full project ownership in a craft-driven environment where detail matters.
