The Role:

We are looking for a Custom Jewelry Production Assistant to support the custom production team through organization, coordination, and execution of daily operations. This is a hands-on role inside a serious production environment•ideal for someone who understands the pace, pressure, and attention to detail required in the jewelry industry.

Role Responsibilities:

Track and manage custom jewelry pieces throughout the full production process from start to finish Handle production paperwork, job tracking, and organization of daily workflows Coordinate with sales staff and internal production teams to ensure timelines are met accurately Approve and organize custom design submissions and production details Assist with developing new jewelry collections and product concepts for the website Maintain accurate records using Monday.com, Shopify, and Google Sheets Run errands throughout the Diamond District including pickups, drop-offs, sourcing support, and production coordination Monitor the status of repairs, custom orders, and inventory movement Support daily operational flow across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment Help maintain high standards for quality control, organization, and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

Jewelry industry experience is required Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-moving environment Professional, reliable, and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Creative mindset is a plus Experience with Monday.com, Shopify, Google Sheets, or similar systems is a plus Familiarity with custom jewelry production workflows is strongly preferred

Compensation & Schedule:

$19•25 per hour depending on experience Monday-Friday 11:00 AM•7:00 PM Employee discounts and growth opportunities available
