Overview Join a dynamic team as a Customer Care Coordinator at a leading manufactured home dealership, where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between customers, sales teams, and service departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of inquiries. Your proactive approach will help foster long-term relationships, promote customer satisfaction, and support the dealership's growth. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their purchasing journey and post-sale service process Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and issues Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze customer data for insights Support marketing initiatives by communicating promotions and new offerings to customers effectively Assist in project management tasks related to customer onboarding, service scheduling, and warranty claims Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced satisfaction Manage social media platforms Experience Proven experience in customer service or account management is preferred Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of CRM platforms to manage customer relationships effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences Background in financial services or related fields is a plus for understanding financing options and dealership processes Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with professionalism, patience, and problem-solving prowess This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in a vibrant environment that values proactive communication, strategic thinking, and exceptional service delivery.
