Key Responsibilities Client Verification & Onboarding Conduct verification calls with new clients following the completion of a sales consultation Ensure all required disclosures and compliance procedures are properly communicated and confirmed Assist clients in completing required agreements including ACA Group Service Agreement and third-party financing agreements when applicable Guide clients through DocuSign documents and assist with troubleshooting when needed Resend agreements via SMS or email and help clients successfully complete the signing process Accurately enter and update client information across multiple systems and CRMs Answer client questions regarding the service agreement, verification process, and financing structure when applicable Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to active client onboarding
