Compensation:
$17/hour base pay + monthly commission opportunities
Average Commissions:
$250/month

Life:
Customer Payment Representatives use strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills to resolve delinquent balances, retain customers, and restore accounts, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Process and update customer payment methods with accuracy. Reinstate accounts disconnected for non‑payment by guiding customers through tailored solutions. Use objection handling and conflict‑resolution techniques to help customers stay with Vivint. Identify the customers' needs quickly and offer creative, personalized solutions. Build strong rapport and maintain positive customer relationships in every interaction. Manage escalations within scope; demonstrate calm decision-making in challenging situations. Work closely with peers and leadership to identify process gaps and improve customer outcomes.
