We're flexible on the exact role. If you're a people person with strong communication skills, there may be a great fit on the service side. If you prefer hands-on work, our lube tech position could be the perfect starting point. We'll help find the right fit based on your strengths, experience, and long-term goals. What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior experience required Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment Strong attention to detail and communication skills Team-oriented with a solid work ethic Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Utah Emissions & Safety Inspection certifications strongly preferred ASE or other automotive certifications OSHA 10 or equivalent workplace safety training Previous shop, dealership, or related experience Basic knowledge of oil/fluid services or vehicle inspections

Compensation Lube Technician:

Starting at $14/hour

Service Writer:

Competitive base pay + 4% commission (based on experience) Final pay and role determined based on experience, certifications, and overall fit

Pay:

$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
