Full Job Description Customer Service Representative About Us:

Go Flooring LLC is a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions, offering a wide variety of materials including Hardwood, Tile, Laminate, LVP/LVT, and Carpet. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone call, text, email, and in person. Assist customers with scheduling installations. Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges. Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Schedule installations and maintain accurate records Process customer installation payments. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and/or inventory management (flooring or home improvement industry preferred). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using CRM and inventory management software. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required. Rotating shifts Monday-Friday and every other

Saturday Preferred:

Experience or knowledge in flooring products and services. Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred). Microsoft Office Suite CRM experience ( Monday)
