• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service / Diesel Auto Parts Sales Representative to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, assisting with diesel fuel injectors, pumps and related parts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and sales experience to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This position offers an engaging environment where technical expertise meets excellent customer service. Must pass a drug test prior to employment. Responsibilities Provide technical guidance on diesel fuel injectors. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain organized stock areas, ensure proper stocking, and monitor inventory levels using inventory management systems. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professional phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and maintenance tasks. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or diesel fueling systems a plus. Familiarity with inventory management systems (CMMS), Katana, POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and retail math is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Experience with dealership operations or marketing strategies related to diesel auto parts sales will be considered an asset.
