Customer Service/ Inbound Sales Representative (On - site)

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include: + High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred + Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred + Courteous with strong customer service orientation + Eagerness to learn new technologies + Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally + Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking + Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner + Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
