Customer Service Manager

CSMs are responsible for scheduling the service desk and cashiers, while maintaining high communication with all other department heads. The CSM maintains the first and last experience with the customer, and ensures the customer's experience meets their standards. The CSM is responsible for correcting poor cashiers and service desk habits, while also giving additional training if necessary. Customer Service Representative Tasks Include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate bookwork & deposits/change orders Accounts Receivable Lottery Employee Training Scheduling Attend meetings and assist with emergency orders Answer questions and handle customer problems/complaints. Provide superior customer service as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries such as pricing, products etc. Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
