Overview Join our dynamic creative team as a Customer Service Professional/ in Shop Management Assistant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences and streamline shop operations. In this energetic role, you'll serve as the vital link between customers and our skilled professional design team , ensuring products and maintenance are handled efficiently and professionally. Your knowledge, sales skills, and passion for design and customer service will help us deliver top-tier service while fostering lasting customer relationships. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen to their event concerns, and provide clear explanations of items they may need Assist with scheduling dly or pick up of items rented , any repairs, maintenance, and inspections needed to make sure items are in working order & ready for our customers Support shop management by handling cash transactions, invoicing, and dy or pick up processes Promote additional services such as promotional packages, items needed for event and ideas for clients through upselling techniques Coordinate with design team to ensure timely completion of items needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Contribute to a clean, organized shop environment that promotes safety and efficiency Requirements Previous customer service management experience preferred Strong leadership personality Experience with running front end operations/ computer/square/ software and service writing is highly desirable Knowledge of various ideas of design and event set up / inventory skills welcomed Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently manage administrative tasks Enthusiasm to learn is essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in the event rental industry while delivering outstanding service.
