Responsibilities Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer support in person Assist customers with product service, information, and general support needs Maintain excellent communication skills during all customer interactions Process transactions and cash handling duties when necessary Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall client experience Qualifications Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Previous experience in customer service or client support preferred, but not necessary Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve effectively Basic retail math skills Sales or upselling experience is beneficial but not required Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Why Join Our Team?
