Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls in a professional and timely mannerAssist in food preparation, including making pizzas, as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product informationCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hoursHandle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiencyAdapt to changing customer needs and business demands with a positive attitudeDocument customer interactions and update relevant records in the company's systemParticipate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skillsQualificationsProven experience in customer service or a related fieldExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in basic computer skills and data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible schedule with availability to work on weekendsTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnFood handling experience or certification is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
