Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at our location in Dora, Al. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pizza store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Lead and manage all store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and trainingEnsure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently metDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilityManage inventory, supply ordering, and cost control measuresOversee financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, and expense managementResolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptlyMaintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulationsCollaborate with upper management to achieve company goals and implement new initiativesAnalyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisionsFoster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfactionQualifications•

REQUIRED
•Minimum of one year experience managing a pizza store establishmentProven track record of successful team leadership and staff developmentStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profit/loss managementExcellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsIn-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and health standardsProficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applicationsOutstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferredSimilar remote jobs
