• Description
• Customer service representative working in a call center environment
• Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
• Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
• Great customer service with high level attention to detail. Entering information accurately
• Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
• Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers Training hours: Monday
• Friday 8:00am
• 4:30pm EDT

Hours:

Must be flexible for an assigned shift between 5:00am

• 10:00pm EDT (40 hours set shedule after shift bid)
• Skills & Qualifications
• 1 year of call center expereince within most recent tenure Strong technology skills
• Typing test and call center multiple choice test are required Excellent communication skills are a must

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00
• $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
