$45/hour About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Representative to manage and support a portfolio of OEM, airline, MRO, and distribution partner accounts globally. This role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing account management activities, coordinating cross-functional operations, and ensuring successful fulfillment from quotation through delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and program management skills with experience in manufacturing, operations, or aerospace environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders and executives. Review RFQs/RFPs, contracts, and customer requirements to prepare accurate quotes and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams including Contracts, Pricing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Shipping. Lead customer meetings, proposal kickoffs, teleconferences, audits, and program reviews. Monitor customer forecasts and manage inventory, stock, and rotable pools to meet demand. Ensure timely order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and delivery schedules. Communicate order status, turnaround times (TAT), pricing, and issue resolution effectively to customers. Negotiate pricing, schedules, and approvals with customers strategically. Analyze customer claims and provide reporting support to Finance and Accounting teams. Develop corrective action and recovery plans for performance-related issues. Identify new business opportunities and customer growth initiatives. Prepare sales reports, metrics, forecasts, and account status updates for leadership. Stay informed about aerospace industry trends and customer market developments. Required Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of experience in: Account Management Contract Administration Customer Service Project Management Supply Chain Quality or Manufacturing Operations OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the above areas. Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong customer account and program management experience. Knowledge of aerospace customers, contracts, and compliance requirements. Experience with proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and compliance matrices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency with:
