Customer Service Representative Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, proactive, and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this key support role, you will be the friendly voice and often first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and follow through, and supporting our sales team by following up on proposals to help move projects forward to completion. Answer and manage all incoming phone calls, emails and website inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Provide excellent customer service to clients, homeowners, and co-workers Follow up on proposals and quotes sent by the sales/estimating team Keep customers updated on project status, timelines, and next steps Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales and pre-construction process Schedule appointments, site visits, and consultations as needed Prepare and send contracts, change orders, invoices and other project documentation Work closely with salespeople, project coordinator, and management Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM / job management system Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively Provide marketing support through material creation and social media posts Handle homeowner complaints or issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate manager when necessary Educate homeowners on project processes, timelines, and expectations to ensure transparency and satisfaction Collect and document client feedback to improve service quality and project outcomesQualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, or a related role, preferably in the residential construction industry Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with homeowners, team members, and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (e.g. Buildertrend, Acculynx or similar). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindsetAttributes:

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to residential job sites and suppliers as neededWorking Conditions:
Primarily office-based with occasional visits to residential construction sites Standard work hours with potential for overtime as needed Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple prioritiesBenefits:
